Shipping policy

FiveLeafs Shipping policy 

1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that processing time may increase during busy periods. 

2. Shipping Method:

We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the  the selected shipping address and the weight of the order.

3. Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping address (estimated on when the parcel gets shipped out from us).

4. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping, and the delivery time for orders is estimated to be 7-15 business days. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary and is subject to customs regulations. 

5. Track Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order. This doesn't count for certain country's, but we will provide proof of shipping out the goods.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders:

In the event of delayed or lost orders, please contact us at fiveleafsclothing@gmail.com so that we can assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

7. Taxes and Customs Fees:

The onus of compliance with all applicable import duties, levies, and customs tariffs pertaining to cross-border consignments rests solely with the purchaser. The stipulated price is net of VAT. For exhaustive stipulations, consult the Terms of Service.

8. Address Information:

Please ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect address information.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our return policy for information on returns and exchanges.

Note: Size tag may not be the same as the real size on website, due to us converting Asian sizes (on products) to European sizes.
